FAQ

The answer to your questions is surely here.

Cold brewing is based on the same principle as classic hot brewing. The difference is that the infusion process may take longer. To speed up the reaction, we recommend leaving the sachet to infuse for a few minutes. cocktail in the gin alone, then add the ice cubes and tonic.

To brew our sachet infusions, we recommend using a London Dry.. A neutral ginallows for the aromas of the cocktail to release without taking over the flavour.

Choose a neutral neutral, unflavored tonic. A tonic in a glass bottle will have more fizz as it better preserves the carbon dioxide. Don’t forget, tonic represents ¾ of your drink, so the better your tonic, the better your cocktail or mocktail.

Using the same sachet more than once is possible. However, after the first infusion the aromas lose some of their strength. The cocktail will be much lighter in flavour and the colour may fade.

The blends were designed to infuse in Gin. However, if you don’t like gin, you can also infuse your sachet in vodka, a white alcohol, neutral. We advise to use tonic to complete your cocktail to experience the flavours created from the original recipes.

Replacing tonic with another soda could alter the subtle nuances of our infusions. If you want to tone down the bitterness, we recommend adding a dash of cane sugar to a tonic.

Our infusions are specially designed for the cocktail concept and are entirely dedicated to cold use.

All the ingredients used for all our products come from plants.. Our sachets are 100% made from spices, herbs, botanicals, citrus fruits and flowers. All our packaging materials are eco-responsible: corn fibre bags, cardboard boxes.

For an alcohol-free infusion with Infuse Me, start by placing the sachet in the glass and pouring in a small volume of water, whether tonic, sparkling water or mineral water. Wait 7-8 minutes, then extend with the same type of water for optimum intensity.

We recommend a classic dose of bar gin, 40 mL (4 cl), paired with 150 mL (15 cl) of tonic, equivalent to the 2⁄3 of a small bottle. By following these proportions, you’re sure to achieve the perfect balance for your drink.

Our minimum durability date (MDD) is set at 2 years. However, our products are not perishable. Once the date has passed it is likely that the sachets will lose their taste and intensity. To best preserve, we advise you to close your box or sachet well after use and store in a dry place.

The colors in our infusions are extracted directly from nature, from flowers, plants and coloring spices. No artificial colorants are used in our recipes; only dye plants. This is why they evolve over time during infusion.

The brewing time is indicated with all of the recipes, on the box and on the back of the sachets.

Infuse first in 5cl of gin alone, then add ice cubes, tonic and garnish.

Infusion brewing times: Orange Me: 3 minutes, Pink Me, Purple Me, 5 minutes. Black Me, Green Me, Yellow Me 8 minutes.

Caution: Orange Me can be very smoky if you let it brew for longer than 3 minutes. Feel free to remove your sachet according to your taste.

You can leave the sachet in the glass while tasting, but be careful with Orange Me, as its infusion can be faster, intensifying the smoky taste. Adjust by removing the bag according to your intensity preferences.
