How to create your cocktail?

First, place the Infuse Me cocoon in 50 ml of neutral alcohol or non-alcoholic spirit, sparkling water.
Let it steep.
Add ice cubes and 150 ml of Tonic.
Garnish with dehydrated fruit.

Newlands is a unique product, the first French artisanal organic hemp gin.

Maison Dutier uses hand-harvested, hand-selected dried hemp. The plant reveals dry, herbaceous notes (earth, hay, thyme, rosemary, rose...) on the first palate. It surprises on the second attack with spicier tones (pepper, chili, clove) to conclude on sweeter notes of citrus, zest and mint.

The dominant botanical in this recipe is juniper berry. It combines with the initial tones of hemp. Coriander, angelica and lemongrass complete the aromatic bouquet of hemp.

This gin is an explosion of flavors. It's been crafted in three stages to surprise you. It's fresh, herbaceous and a touch spicy.

How does it work?

An Infuse Me cocoon in 50 ml of Gin, Vodka, neutral alcohol or soft drink.

2. Infuse its cocoon

Infuse for a few minutes.
Double the time in the non-alcoholic version

3. Complete

Add ice cubes and 150 ml of Tonic.

4. Decorate & enjoy

Decorate with dehydrated fruit and enjoy .

What is a cold cocktail infusion?

Cold infusion is based on the same principle as classic hot infusion. The difference is that the infusion can take longer. To speed up the reaction, it is advisable to let the cocktail bag infuse for a few minutes in the gin alone and then add the ice cubes and tonic.

Which Gin to choose?

For infusing, we highly recommend a London Dry . A neutral and high-quality gin that allows the aromas of the cocktail to be released without overpowering its initial taste.

Which tonic to choose?

Choose a neutral, unflavored tonic . For the sparkling side, opt for a tonic in a glass bottle that better preserves the carbon dioxide. And don't forget, the tonic represents ¾ of your drink, so the better your tonic, the better your cocktail or mocktail will be.

How to infuse without alcohol?

For an alcohol-free infusion with Infuse Me, start by placing the sachet in the glass and pouring a small volume of water, whether it is tonic, sparkling water, or mineral water. Wait 7-8 minutes, then top up with the same type of water for optimal intensity.
