If you like original, gourmet cocktails, you’ll love Choco Velvet, an infusion that turns your drink into a delicious cocoa-infused gin and tonic.
Choco Velvet is made from roasted cocoa nibs, which add a chocolatey note, whole cherries, which give a fruity, tangy touch, and chamomile and Honeybush tea, which add a sweet, gourmet flavour.
Simply infuse the sachet in the gin for a few minutes, then add ice cubes and tonic. The result is a delicious and comforting homemade cocktail.

First, place an Infuse Me cocoon in 50 ml of gin.
Depending on the blend, infuse for 5 minutes. The brewing time is indicated with all of the recipes, on the box and on the back of the sachets.
Add ice cubes and 150 ml of Tonic.
Garnish with dehydrated fruit.

Our fruit is cut, zested and dehydrated by hand. Our bags are sealed and checked one by one in our workshop in Brittany.
